Myrna CG Mibus is a freelance writer based in Webster, Minnesota, a tiny town near the historic city of Northfield. A private pilot, gardener, fledgling bicyclist, amateur baker, and mom of two college-age kids, Myrna specializes in writing about aviation, the arts, interesting people and her family’s flying adventures.
Myrna’s articles and essays have been published in several regional and national publications including Grown & Flown, Minnesota Good Age, StarTribune, Piper Flyer, Girlfriends, SCENE, Minnesota Parent, General Aviation News, Pipers, Aviation for Women, Minnesota Flyer and Sport Aerobatics. She was a writer and the editor for a church history book, The Christiana Story and the editor of four quilt story booklets published by the Story Quilt Project. Myrna’s essays have been published in three anthologies, Chicken Soup – The Joy of Christmas, Chicken Soup for the Mothers of Preschooler’s Soul and Minnesota Memories 6.
